The AOH and LAOH will be conducting a Charity event at the November Fall Meeting at West Point. Due to the logistics of the Fall Board Meeting, we have decided to take a different approach to our charity effort this year.
We are asking each division to consider making a monetary donation to support the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in the West Point area. The church food pantry provides valuable assistance to many individuals and families, and its continued ability to serve would make a meaningful difference to those who rely on its outreach and support.
Please take a moment to review the attached flyer for additional information. We hope you will consider contributing to this worthy cause. Donations should be brought to the Fall Board Meeting in the form of a check made payable directly to the church. We will collect all donations and present them as a single gift from our organization.
If your division is unable to attend the meeting, you may send your check to me in advance, and I will ensure it is included with the presentation. You can mail donations, payable to Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, to the address below. Thank you for your continued support and generosity in our charitable work.
