Jim Sullivan Receives Award from AOH Tyrone County Board

Past AOH New York State Director Jim Sullivan was honored by the AOH Tyrone County Board earlier this month in a ceremony held at the Kinturk Centre, Co. Tyrone.

AOH Tyrone County President Gerry McGeough presented Jim with an Aodf O’Neill Medallion in recognition of the 18 members of the Ancient Order of Hibernians who lost their lives in during the terrorist attacks on The World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.

Sullivan, who himself was injured on 9/11 accepted the award on behalf of the AOH in America and extended a message of solidarity and support of our AOH Brothers across the Atlantic.

Jim also presented a donation check to Catherine Sewell of St. Jospeh’s Pro-Life group on Dungannon. St. Jospeh’s Pro-Life group is recognized by the AOH for its tireless efforts in advocating protection of all human life.
