Suffolk’s Clancy Honored as Hibernian of the Year

Brian Clancy was honored as Hibernian of the Year at the Suffolk County Division 3’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Dance held on March 11, 2017. Brian received the Commodore John Barry Medal from NY AOH Vice President Victor Vogel.  Also in attendance was NY AOH Secretary Tom Lambert and Suffolk County President Jack Ryan.

Albany Division Installs Officers for 2017

The 120th Officer installation Ceremony of the Fr. Henry Tansey Division # 5 of Albany was held on December 3rd. New York State President Timothy McSweeney conducted the installation and was assisted by National Director Liam McNabb, New York State District #1 Director Ed Kelley and Schenectady Degree Team Chairman Mike Glenn. Division #5 also honored Ray McDermott as Hibernian of the Year. John Holland was presented with the Albany President’s Service Award and John Levendowski was honored as rookie of the year for 2016.

On January 6th, Barry Griffith, Deputy NYS AOH Charity & Missions Chair & President of AOH Division 4  was recognized as Lockport’s Hibernian of the year!  A well deserved honor.  Comgratulations from all of us on The New York State Board!

 

AOH Division 18 Peekskill – Annual Thanksgiving Dinner Dance

The Officers and Members of The Ancient Order of Hibernians, Division #18 of Peekskill, New York are proud to announce that they will be holding their Annual Thanksgiving Dinner Dance on Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 7:00pm – 12 Midnight.

The dinner will be held at The Cortlandt Colonial, 714 Albany Post Road in Cortlandt Manor, New York (914) 739-3900.  The cocktail hour will begin at 7:00pm with dinner and entertainment to follow.  The entertainment will be provided by The Kitty Kelly Band.

AOH Westchester County President Aidan O’Kelly Lynch will also be honored as The Division #18  Hibernian of The Year.
