Honors for Troy Division Member Jim Madden at Veteran’s Day Dinner

Veteran of WWII and Hibernian for over 50 Years Honored by Local & State Boards

A Veterans Day Dinner held by the AOH James Connelly Division #8 in Troy, New York.  At the dinner, the AOH honored long time Division #8 member Jim Madden.  Jim served with the U.S. army in the Pacific theater during WWII and retired from the New York National Guard with the rank of captain.

Jim has been a member of The Ancient Order of Hibernians in Troy for over 50 years and served as a Division Officer in numerous capacities.

Presentations were made by Divsion 8 President Peter Durkee, AOH New York State President Tim McSweeney and Rensselaer County Executive Kathy Jimino.
